Reality

Quantum theory of measurement entails the revolutionary idea that reality in itself can never be seen. The state of the measuring apparatus (us humans plus some bits and pieces)interferes with (and in the jargon, reduces) the state of reality (minus us) to an eigenstate of the measuring apparatus (us). Solipsism is merely an eigenstate of external reality.
